インディアンの伝承では、
蜘蛛=「知恵者」の象徴。
蜘蛛がコツコツと巣を作り上げていく過程となぞらえて

「努力が成功につながる」象徴としても例えられるようです。

占いなどのスピリチュアルな分野での“蜘蛛”は、
「アイデア」のシンボル。

「夜明け前にクモを見かけたときは、良いアイデアがわい
てくる」一方で、
蜘蛛=“現在の願望”を持て余している状況を表すとも言わ
れており、
「願望の仕切り直し」を促されることもあります。

ヨーロッパでは、鬼蜘蛛(オニグモ)の背中に十字架の模様
